Overall the concert was great! There was a strong feeling of anticipation amongst the audience as we watched the transition from Keyshia Cole to-Pain and finally to Lil Wayne. I'm personally not a huge fan of Keyshia Cole or T-Pain. I really went to the concert to see Lil Wayne. However, T-Pain impressed me. Maybe this is because I went in with low expectations though. Half way through his performance, T-Pain's mike stopped working. The crowd was literally booing him off stage. Despite everything he did a wonderful job working aroud the malfunction. All of his popular hits such as "Buy You A Drink" and "Bartender" still sounded the same and eventually the audience lightened up, joined in, and sang. As soon as T-Pain's mike came back on he said, "Now we can't have this mike messing up for my little brother right," the crowd started cheering, Lil Wayne popped on stage. It was awesome. I am a GIANT Lil Wayne fan and seeing him in concert only made me that much more of a fan. He was great. He sang most of his popular songs, however Lil Wayne has so many albums and covers that it is virtually impossible for him to sing everything. He started his performance with his song "Mr. Carter" from his new CD the Carter III. Towards the middle of his show he sang "Fireman" and shot fire out of a machine, making it an extremely memorable performance. Finally, Lil Wayne concluded his concert by singing the popular oldies hit "I Honestly Love You" to his fans. All of the artists did a great job, the arena was perfect, and the crowd was having a blast.
