Alison Moyet at her vocal best backed by the simple but foot stomping synth playing of her old partner Mr Vince Clarke(ex DEPECHE MODE, still ERASURE). It promised to be a belter and it was. Right from the 1st beat of NOBODYS DIARY to the end chord of ONLY YOU, we were served 80s synth music as it was and is. No fireworks, no dance routines, just vocals as pure and sharp as ice with the mersmorising sounds of Vince Clarke.
