MEATLOAF AT BROADLANDS,IF U WERE LIKE MY WIFE,2 FRIENDS AND I WERE U DISSAPOINTED,AT WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS A VERY,TIRED AND SHAMBOLIC,PERFORMANCE FROM THE MAN HIMSELF.POOR ACCOUSTICS,POOR CHOICE OF SONGS,ONLY 3 MAYBE 4 OF HITS,DRAB NEW SONGS THAT SEEMED A STRUGGLE,FOR MEATLOAF TO SING AND THE BAND TO PLAY,PLUS FACILITIES WHICH WERE ON THE SMALL SIDE, LONG QUEUES,UPTO AN HOUR IN SOME CASES.WHY WAS THERE SUCH A WAIT INBETWEEN SONGS NO BANTER,OR SHOULD I SAY LITTLETALKIN THE MAN OBVIOUSLY CANNOT SING THE BIG HITS NO MORE AS THE VOICE HAS GONE SO HE SUNG SONGS WHICH WERE EASY ON HIS THROUGHT,NOT WAT WE ALL COME TO HEAR.WE HEARD MORE HITS IN CARS DRIVING OUT OF THE ARENA,THAN AT THE CONCERT.PEARL HIS DAUGHTERS GROUP HAD MORE GO IN THEM ,THAN HER FATHER DID,PITY SHE CANT SING,AND WHEN SHE DID SHE WAILED THROUGH HER SET LIKE A SCREAMING HYENA.OVERALL A LOT OF PEOPLE LEFT DISSAPOINTED,TO WALK BACK TO THE MAIN ROAD IN PITCH BLACK DARKNESS,WHICH PUT A TOP ON A VERY LACKLUSTRE AND DISSAPOINTING NIGHT.
