DURAN DURAN - EDINBURGH CASTLE, WHAT A SHOW. WELL WORTH GETTING SOAKED FOR. SIMON LE BON WELL HE STILL HAS IT, THE VOICE, THE DANCES, THE BODY........! AND JOHN TAYLOR WELLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!
PLAYED A GREAT MANY OLDIES WHICH SOUNDED AS GOOD AS EVER. STAGE SET NOT MUCH TO WRITE HOME ABOUT BUT WHEN YOU HAVE A LIT FULLY LIT UP EDINBURGH CASTLE COMPLETE WITH FLAMING TORCHES AS A BACKDROP AND YOU SOUND AS GOOD AS THEY DID WHO NEEDS FANCY LIGHTS AND VIDEOS!
IT WAS WELL WORTH THE 800 MILE TRIP AND I WOULD DO IT AGAIN TOMMORROW JUST TO HEAR A VIEW TO A KILL - SPELL BINDING AND COME UNDONEWHICH BOUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES ITS WAS SO GOOD. RIO AND SAVE A PRAYER, GIRLS ON FILM AND PLANET EARTH, BRILLIANT.
ONE QUESTION - WILL SPANDAU BALLET BE AS GOOD IN OCTOBER?
