I like Supergrass. I was excited about seeing the support the Foos. I was really dissapointed.
They're great at small, intimate gigs. But they just aren't a stadium band. I don't even think they're a huge venue band. They can't command an audience that size. Their music is great, but I didn't enjoy watching them. In fact, aside from a few anthems like Alright, I could have quite happily gone to the bar and not seen them. I don't feel like they added to my day.
Shame, as I do quite like them.
