Being signed to the same lable as Pete and the Pirates doesn't seem to phase Let's Wrestle: they plod on stage like a couple of grumpy teenagers and plough through their songs with a minimal amount of professionalism.

However, far from this being a disdain for their encroaching fame, this amateurism is in fact the charm of the group, and the key ingredient that's endeared them to indie scenesters. Songs like 'I Won't Lie To You' are pure shambolic comedy, with lines like "Your hair's on fire... but darling, that's just the way it is!"

To ask whether Let's Wrestle will make it big is to escape the point: they exisit in their own little scene, and it's a fun, silly, drunken little place to be.
