Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly

I know Get Cape Wear Cape Fly can be annoying. Preachy, even. But at The Forum in Kentish Town he was fantastic. Not least becuase he has a brilliant stage name, but he seemed to read the crowd pretty well. I know that when he's doing more intimate gigs he can be a little more political so it was good to see that he was all about the music tonight.
He was fantastic. There was a great atmosphere the whole night and the music was brilliant. There was just a great feeling the whole night. The stage was enhanced with images to go with the songs, which actually weren't as annoying as I thought they would be. They hit just the right balance of being interesting without distracting.
The gig was great, the show was perfect - the venue is great for gigs like this and it worked really well. I'd be happy to go back to more gigs here and especially if it was to see Get Cape Wear Cape Fly.
