Jason Bonham, Led Zeppelin
eventHard Rock Live, Hollywood, Florida

As cover bands go this is the best of the best and one with a genuine claim to and emotional connection with some of the greatest rock songs ever. The Jason Bonham Led Zeppelin Experience is fronted by the son of the legenadry band's drummer - John Bonham. It is a personal homage to Jason father's and the band. The music, of course, is stunning and the show made particularly powerful by video footage of the Bonham family in the 1970's. Jason Bonham drumming alongside the video of his dad on Moby Dick is fabulous and worth the cost of admission. Jason has assembled a great band. The 'Jimmy Page' was great and even looks like the rock god.
The crowd was the best I have ever experienced at the slow to stir Hard Rock and were into it from the beginning. The 5 piece band was loud and tight and probably this is the closest you'll get to experiencing Led Zeppelin live.If you love the music you must catch this. Highlights for me apart from Moby Dick were Kashmir and the encore of Whole Lotta Love with the weird Theremin hand instrument.
